How can I book an apartment?
Choose an apartment on the website, click "Book", provide your details, and pay for the reservation online. After a successful process, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation, self-check-in instructions, and a unique door code.
Do I need to contact customer service?
No, the entire rental process is designed to be fully self-service and online. However, if you have any questions or needs, our customer service is always available by phone and email.
How does the door code work?
After paying for your reservation, you will receive a unique 6-digit code that allows you to enter the apartment. The code is active from the check-in time on your arrival day until the check-out time on your departure day.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please contact us – we will do our best to assist, depending on the apartment's availability.
Is there a kitchen and Wi-Fi in the apartment?
Yes, all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, dishes) and access to high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi).
Can I receive an invoice?
Of course. Simply check the "I want to receive a VAT invoice" option during the booking process and provide your company details in the appropriate form.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, a set of fresh bed linen and towels is provided for each guest. We also provide soap and basic amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
What if my code doesn't work or I have trouble getting in?
In such a situation, please contact us by phone immediately. The emergency number, available 24/7, can be found in your booking confirmation email.
Can I cancel my reservation?

Do you accept pets?
We accept pets only in some, selected apartments. Please check this information in the description of the specific apartment or contact us directly before making a reservation.
